Who is a good fit for the referral program?
This program is for advisors who already have trusted relationships with small manufacturers, especially when those manufacturers need a simpler ERP path.
Good partner types
- Manufacturing consultants
- Lean manufacturing consultants
- Fractional COOs and operations advisors
- Inventory consultants
- Quality and ISO consultants
- ERP/MRP consultants
- MSPs serving manufacturers
- Manufacturing-focused CPAs or fractional CFOs
- Warehouse, barcode, labeling, and process consultants
Good manufacturer signals
- They run sales, inventory, purchasing, production, accounting, or CRM in separate tools.
- They depend on spreadsheets for inventory, work orders, lot tracking, or reporting.
- Their current ERP is too slow, too expensive, or too hard for the team to use.
- They want a capable ERP without a large enterprise implementation project.
- They need lot tracking, traceability, manufacturing workflows, and financial reporting in one system.
Can a partner stay involved after the referral?
Yes, if the customer wants that support. With the client's approval, PAX can add the partner as a no-cost advisor account in the customer's PAX ERP environment. The customer controls permissions and can revoke access at any time.
Why this helps
Consultants can keep helping the client with process, inventory, quality, reporting, and adoption without paying for a separate PAX seat. It stays customer-approved and customer-controlled.
What are the referral partner terms?
The requirements and agreement are on this page. Applying means the next step is a PAX intro call, and the terms listed here are the program terms partners agree to.

PAX Referral Program Terms
Eligibility
Partners must apply, complete a PAX intro call, and receive written approval before earning commissions. PAX may approve or decline any application at its discretion. The intro call covers PAX ERP, customer fit, pricing, and referral tracking.
Referral attribution
A referral qualifies when you make a genuine introduction or the referred company identifies you as the referrer. No formal deal registration is required; simply notify PAX of the company name, contact, and introduction context at the time of referral. PAX will confirm accepted referrals by email. If the company is already in active discussion with PAX, commission eligibility is at PAX's discretion.
Commission
Approved partners earn 40% of subscription revenue collected by PAX for 36 months, provided the referred customer maintains an active paid subscription. Commission adjusts proportionally if the customer upgrades, downgrades, pauses, cancels, or receives a refund. It excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, payment processing fees, implementation services, custom development, third-party costs, and any non-subscription revenue unless agreed in writing. Partners must provide required payment and tax information before commissions are paid. PAX pays commissions monthly, within 30 days after month-end, once revenue is collected.
PAX responsibilities
PAX manages all demos, sales, onboarding, hosting, billing, support, and customer acceptance. PAX retains sole authority over pricing, discounts, integrations, implementation scope, product commitments, and support terms. PAX may decline any referral it determines is not a good fit.
Partner conduct
Partners may not make promises regarding features, pricing, discounts, timelines, integrations, custom development, or support without written approval from PAX, and may not bind PAX or make commitments on its behalf. Partners must avoid spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or unauthorized advertising. Partners must clearly disclose to referred companies, at the time of introduction, that they may receive compensation from PAX if the referral converts to a paying customer.
Optional advisor access
If a referred customer requests ongoing partner support, PAX may grant the partner a no-cost advisor account within that customer's PAX ERP environment. Access requires customer approval, is controlled by the customer, and may be revoked at any time. Partners must keep all customer information confidential and use advisor access solely to support that customer.
Program updates
PAX may update these terms at any time. Accepted referrals retain the terms in effect at the time of acceptance, unless otherwise agreed in writing or the partner violates the program terms.
