What happens behind the scenes
PAX searches customer and address data from customers that have at least one saved customer-address link.
Phone search also compares digit-only phone values, so a phone number can match even if the saved formatting differs from the search text.
Searching, sorting, expanding, and opening website links do not update customers, addresses, orders, invoices, payments, or accounting.
Troubleshooting
A customer does not appear
Likely cause: The customer may not have a saved address, or the search/sort filters do not match.
Safe fix: Clear the search field and search by exact customer code. If the customer has no address, open Customer Detail to review or add one.
Contact support if: A customer with saved addresses still does not appear.
Phone search does not find the customer
Likely cause: The phone number may be saved on a different contact or not saved on the customer/address fields searched by this report.
Safe fix: Search by customer code, name, city, or address instead.
Contact support if: The number is visible in Customer Detail but cannot be found here.
Website opens the wrong page
Likely cause: The saved customer website may be incomplete or incorrect.
Safe fix: Update the customer website in Customer Detail.
Contact support if: Correct website values still open incorrectly.
